Are You Still Using a Rotary Phone?

Are you still using a rotary phone?

Nope. Know why? Because you are adaptable.

If you’ve thought “I can’t work out online”, think again.

Yes, change is hard. But those who have made the leap from in-person to Alkalign online couldn’t be happier.

  • “Livestream is easy to access. It’s nice not to have to get up *extra* early to drive to a class ;)” – J.M
  • “I love the digital classes as I can take them anywhere and whenever I want! I travel quite a bit for business, so the digital classes are a lifesaver for me. This avoids going into hotel gyms allowing me to get my workouts done in the privacy of my own space.” – D.C.
  • “I love the Livestream and being able to interact with the instructor in real time.” J.Y.
  • “I like the livestream because it forces me to be accountable.” – K.R.

If a high-qualityy, safe, effective workout with built-in accountability is important to you, Alkalign is the best place to get it. No traffic. No stress because you are going to be late. No jockeying for your spot in the room. Digital is convenient, efficient, affordable and accessible from anywhere so you can stay consistent with your workouts. Give it a try. What’s the worst that could happen?

Hi! I’m Erin and my passion in life is helping others feel better by helping them get out of their own head. So much of our relationship to food and fitness is a reflection of deeply rooted beliefs that were imprinted on us at a very early age. These beliefs drive all sorts of behaviors, many of which are not good for our physical or mental health. I know this first-hand. As a former calorie-counting cardio queen I played right into all the toxic messages about what it meant to be “healthy”. That all changed when I hit rock bottom. Since leaving my corporate career in 2009 I have been fully committed to shifting the narrative and helping people experience better physical health by unpacking unhealthy beliefs. My biggest inspiration are my two young daughters, who I hope to raise in a household that openly illuminates and addresses the misinformation instead of adopting it.
