Align

Strengthen, align, and improve balance and flexibility. Align offers the safest and most effective strength-based workout techniques. Align combines elements of yoga, pilates, barre, and physical therapy. Our unique alignment-based approach teaches you to move better, improve performance, and reduce pain so you can function better in life. It’s full-body for everybody and requires minimal space and equipment.

Our Align format comes in a variety of durations to fit into your busy lifestyle. The duration is indicated by the number in the class name. Ex: Align45 is our signature 45-minute functional strength class.

WHAT YOU NEED: Mat or soft surface to kneel and lie down on, a stable surface like a chair or countertop for balance, light hand weights, yoga block. Some classes may also use an Alkalign “squishy” ball and loop bands available in our online store

ALIGN 101

Nail the fundamentals, so you can practice with precision! We teach you the concepts that make Alkalign uniquely safe and effective. Fewer variations, honed technique, and proper alignment education help you improve your practice, whether you’re new or experienced. Target your glutes, legs, arms, and core in this 50-minute class. Slower pace. Amazing results!

WHAT YOU NEED: Mat or soft surface to kneel and lie down on, a stable surface like a chair or countertop for balance, light hand weights, yoga block. Some classes may also use an Alkalign “squishy” ball and loop bands. Props are available in our online store

CARDIO

This high energy, low-impact class will boost your endorphins and make you sweat all while preserving your joints! Cardio Align is all about a low impact, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), proven to increase your heart rate while building strength and endurance—adding up to maximum fitness improvements.

Our Cardio format comes in a variety of durations to meet you where you are today. The duration is indicated by the number in the class name. Ex. Cardio30 is 30 minutes of heart-pumping intervals.

Note: Faster paced. Recommended for clients who have been attending classes for at least 1 month.

WHAT YOU NEED: Mat or soft surface to kneel and lie down on and a yoga block. Light hand weights are optional.

ELEVATE

Are you ready to Elevate your Alkalign practice? Join us for this format where you’ll step outside of your comfort zone and step up your Alkalign game. The Elevate class does not follow a specific format. We lovingly refer to it as the “grab bag” of functional training. We teach different movement concepts and apply movement principles with clients who are ready to take things to the next level. Every class is unique, but they include the elements of Alkalign (strength, cardio, mobility, flexibility, balance and FUN) that you know and love.

Note: Elevate is recommended for clients who have been attending classes for at least 1 month.

WHAT YOU NEED: Mat or soft surface to kneel and lie down on, a stable surface for balance, light hand weights, yoga block and your massage balls. Some classes may use an Alkalign “squishy” ball and loop bands.

RECHARGE: MOBILITY & RECOVERY

Recharge your body, recharge yourself. This 45-minute class is a therapeutic hour of myofascial release and stretching. You’ll use massage therapy balls to release tension, increase range of motion and feel better in your own body. Offset wear-and-tear while complementing your strengthening and cardiovascular exercise regimen. Consider this maintenance for your body, and a great way to make sure you’re never bent out of shape.

WHAT YOU NEED: Mat or soft surface to kneel and lie down on. Massage therapy balls are required and may be purchased in our online store. Some classes may use an Alkalign “squishy” ball. 

Yoga flow

Apply Alkalign’s alignment-based movement principles to a dynamic flow-style yoga class based on the LYT Method. Strengthen and move your entire body through targeted sequences designed to help you retrain habitual movement patterns and postural imbalances to feel stronger, more energized, and more balanced. No experience required. Come with a beginner’s mind and we will meet you where you are! Please bring your own yoga mat. Not currently available on Livestream.
