BUILD

Get 3 well-programmed weight training sessions per week with an Unlimited Livestream membership or access every week of classes as a recording on-demand with an All-Access On-Demand membership. You can also access Build Challenge Courses for rent in our on-demand library under “Courses.”

WHAT YOU NEED: You will need a variety of heavier weights, stable surface, mat or soft surface, ball, block, loop bands, a theraband and sometimes recharge balls.

Align

Strengthen, align, and improve balance and flexibility with Align. These classes are available in 30 and 45-minute sessions (live and on-demand) and combine elements of yoga, pilates, barre, and physical therapy. Our unique alignment-based approach teaches you to move better, improve performance, and reduce pain so you can function better in everything you do. It’s full-body for everybody and requires minimal space and equipment.

WHAT YOU NEED: Mat or soft surface to kneel and lie down on, a stable surface like a chair or countertop for balance, light hand weights, a yoga block, squishy ball, therabands, and loop bands. 

MASHUP

The Mashup class combines mobility (Recharge/rolling) with strength (Align) and cardio. We lovingly refer to it as the “mashup” of everything you need to make you feel great from the inside out. Every class is unique, but they include the elements of Alkalign, Cardio, and Recharge that every client loves.

Join us live every Monday morning or access a variety of Mashup45 classes in the on-demand library.

WHAT YOU NEED: Have all your props ready! Mat or soft surface to kneel and lie down on, a stable surface for balance, light hand weights, yoga block, massage balls, a squishy ball, theraband, and a loop band. Depending on what is taught, you could be using a variety of props for class. 

CARDIO

This high-energy, low-impact class will boost your endorphins and make you sweat all while preserving your joints! Cardio Align is all about a low impact, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and is proven to increase your heart rate while building strength and endurance—adding up to maximum cardiovascular improvements.

Our Cardio30 format is taught live once a week on Fridays after the Align30 class, making it a great “class stack” combination. Access over a hundred cardio classes in the on-demand library. Each cardio format is taught as either HIIT, Technique, or Endurance to keep your cardio practice fresh and varied.

Note: This is a faster-paced class. Taking Align classes will help with education on the exercises and alignment for faster transitions between exercises. All levels. Take it at your own pace.

ALIGN 101

Nail the fundamentals so you can practice with precision! Align101 is only available on-demand in the Align library. This class teaches you the concepts that make Alkalign’s Align class uniquely safe and effective.

We teach fewer variations, honed techniques, and proper alignment education to help you improve your practice, whether you’re new or experienced. Target your glutes, legs, arms, and core at a slower pace for amazing physical and mental results.

WHAT YOU NEED: Mat or soft surface to kneel and lie down on, a stable surface like a chair or countertop for balance, light hand weights, yoga block, squishy ball, loop bands, and a theraband. 

Alkalign Studios Recharge Myofascial Release

RECHARGE: MOBILITY & RECOVERY

Recharge your body, recharge yourself. This class is based on myofascial release and stretching for mobility and pain relief. You’ll use massage therapy balls to release tension, increase range of motion, and feel better. Offset wear and tear while complementing your strength training. Recharge sequences and recorded live classes can be found in your on-demand library, in every Mashup45 class, and are occasionally incorporated into Build classes. 

WHAT YOU NEED: Mat or soft surface, massage therapy balls (we recommend Tune Up Fitness) in small, plus, and alpha as well as other supportive props like the block, squishy ball, chair, stool, and wall.
